Brian T. Riley
- Mr. Riley is a certified specialist in CA Workers' Compensation law, with 36 years of industry experience both as an insurance professional and attorney. Prior to founding the firm, he served as a senior partner in a large multi-office defense firm, in addition to prior experience as a claims examiner for several large insurance carriers.
Sharon E. McLaughlin
- Ms. McLaughlin is a certified specialist in CA Workers' Compensation law, with over 30 years of experience representing a wide variety of insured and self-insured clients, including the defense of Serious and Willful misconduct issues and LC 132(a) discriminatory allegations before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Ms. McLaughlin has served as a judge pro-tem, and was a founding member of the Association of Insurance Professionals.
Jennifer T. Kelly
- Ms. Kelly has over 30 years of experience representing a wide and diverse client base including insured, self-insured, municipalities, and Fortune 500 clients before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board. Ms. Kelly has been a featured speaker on issues relative to independent contractor and employee relationships, and is concurrently licensed in CA, PA, NJ, NY, and OK.
Alicia J. Aden
- Ms. Aden has over 12 years of broad based defense experience representing insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-insured employers, and municipalities before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board as well as insurance defense in civil actions. Ms. Aden has also served as a managing attorney for a large national insurance carrier.
Joanne M. Savage
- Ms. Savage has over 28 years of workers' compensation defense experience representing a wide variety of clients including self-insured employers, third party administrators, insurance carriers, and governmental entities. She previously served as a senior partner in several defense firms.
